Improving Your Chances of Getting HiredIf you are looking for a job in the Information Technology (IT) industry, then you must be thinking that the best way to get hired is by submitting a CV and a resume to the hiring company. It is true that this is the traditional method of how to look for jobs. But there are other ways you can use to improve your chances of being hired as an IT professional. The first way to improve your chances of getting hired is by submitting your CV and resume to the recruitment center. This process is done by a recruiter, who will decide whether or not you should be hired based on your CVs and resumes. While there are no rules regarding this procedure, it is generally thought to be a very good way to get hired. The truth is that the number of candidates applying to these centers has decreased considerably over the years because so many job-seekers have lost interest in the process and never bothered to submit their resumes. What if I told you that you can impr ove your chances of getting hired without wasting your time on submitting a resume? The information you include in your resume is vital and it is also very crucial that you follow all the rules and regulations laid down by your employer. Even though your work experience can be useful in convincing a hiring manager, if you can't provide all the details regarding your work then don't bother filling up your resume. While submitting your CV and resume to the recruiter, youwill find that this is one of the most effective ways of improving your chances of getting hired. Most recruiters will check the writte n content of your resume. This will help them in deciding whether or not to give you an interview. One of the most overlooked but effective methods of improving your chances of getting hired is by providing complete and detailed information about your work experience. This can be done in several ways. One way is to include all your work experiences in your resume and another is to attach the hard copy of your working credentials.Remember that the whole purpose of submitting your CV and resume to the recruitment center is to increase your chances of getting hired. You don't have to put a lot of effort in this matter, all you have to do is to do what your recruiter asks of you.

Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes Net Worth Is $0

Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes Net Worth Is $0 Elizabeth Holmes, who was said to have a net worth of $4.5 billion just a year ago, is now as broke as the rest of us, according to a new tally of her wealth by Forbes magazine. The publication, which had named Holmes one of the country’s wealthiest young entrepreneurs and America’s richest self-made woman just a year ago, rescinded its ranking on Wednesday. “Our estimate of Holmes’ wealth is based entirely on her 50% stake in Theranos,” the magazine said. The privately held blood-testing startup Holmes founded had been valued at $9 billion after its last round of investor funding. Since then, serious questions have emerged about the reliability of its proprietary blood-testing equipment, and the company was fielding questions from federal regulators as well as a criminal investigation to determine if Holmes and the company’s leadership misled investors. Forbes said the other factor in its revaluation of Holmes’ wealth was based on a new estimate of her company’s revenue at only $100 million. Theranos, which Holmes founded in 2003 after dropping out of Stanford, entered the market with a bang, promising to revolutionize diagnostic testing with new machines that required only a drop of blood from a pinprick rather than vials drawn by a laboratory technician.

5 Energy Foods That Are Easy Snacks At Work - Work It Daily

5 Energy Foods That Are Easy Snacks At Work - Work It Daily If you’ve already had three cups of coffee or energy drinks just aren’t your thing, there are still plenty of options for boosting your energy. These high energy foods will help you plow through the toughest parts of your day whether you’re a morning person or a night owl. We’ve chosen foods that are easy to find (and pronounce: there’s no quinoa here). You can store many of these snacks at work in your desk, and they don’t require much prep work. Have one of them each day of the week to vary your diet and keep your tastebuds happy. Almonds Why they’re good for you - Almonds are a good source of protein, fiber and even calcium. They won’t cause a spike in your blood sugar levels, and they also contain healthy monounsaturated fats. Serving Suggestions - You can add them to salads, trail mix or other foods if you don’t like their taste alone. Cashews and pistachios are good substitutes for almonds in case you’re not a big fan. Blueberries Why they’re good for you - Blueberries are one of the best “brain foods” out there. The antioxidants in them are especially helpful in improving memory, and they’re an easy thing to snack on out of the carton or in a bowl. Serving suggestions - If you want to dress them up a little, try them in a bowl of lowfat or skim milk. When they’re not in season, frozen ones will offer the same benefits at a reduced price. They are Exhibit A for eating boldly-colored foods to get enough nutrients in your day. (Dark leafy greens, sweet potatoes and other veggies also fulfill that requirement.) Oatmeal Why it’s good for you - Oatmeal and other whole grain cereals are great choices in the morning to give yourself sustained energy. The soluble fiber in oatmeal makes it the best option for a boost at breakfast that will last a while. Serving suggestions - Mixing fresh fruit or spices into plain oatmeal will be an even better choice than pre-packaged flavors and will give it a better crunch too! Peanut Butter Sandwich Why they’re good for you - One of the most powerful energy combinations is protein and fiber. A peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread will give you plenty of both, and the fat will keep your blood sugar stable. Serving suggestions - Using crunchy peanut butter will give the sandwich more texture. Fruit And Cheese Why they’re good for you - Carbohydrates also work well with protein to offer you an extra jump in your step. Having apple slices with some low-fat cottage cheese gives you the right balance to increase your energy. Serving suggestions - Swap the cottage cheese for some low-fat Greek yogurt or a few slices of low-fat cheese to switch up your routine but get the same benefits. Enjoy this article?
